Software Engineering: Quality Attribute (Definitions

[quality characteristic:] "A measured response that relates to a general or specific requirement that can be an attribute or a continuous variable. The quantifiable measure of performance that directly affects the customer’s satisfaction. Often in DFSS, these have to be converted to an engineering scalar or vector." "1. A characteristic of a software product used to judge or describe its quality. A software quality attribute can also be refined through several steps into partial attributes. 2.
